Latest Doctor Update

Dorian is 6 1/2 lbs and my doctor is pleased as punch with how he is doing. I am 2 cm dilated and beginning to thin. My doctor basically said I am a gestational diabetic in name only as my sugars are fine and my baby is not in any way being impacted by my gestational diabetes. Yay! But, nonetheless, the perinatologist has recommended that we shoot for delivery sometime in week 39, so . . . unless I go into labor on my own between now and then, they will probably induce me a week from Thursday, on the 22nd.
